Please note: All boards are coated with a 100% food-grade oil making them suitable for serving food 

Returns Policy 

We are of course sorry that you wish to return your product from us, but we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite the right fit/colour/personal preference. 

Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@jamesalexanderwoodwork.co.uk for details on how to return your order. We can arrange a collection and return for a fee.

Damages:

Should your order arrive with any damage, please do reach out to the Customer Service Team at info@jamesalexanderwoodwork.co.uk with details of the damage & images, to allow the team to assess the damage as quickly and accurately as possible. We will come back to you within 48 hours of your message & will contact you if we need any more information or further images.

 

Sustainability 

We place huge importance on sustainability and consistently look for ways to improve.

Wood is a wonderful, natural material, beautiful to look and great to work with. Here at James Alexander Woodwork, we use a wide range of timber to make our furniture. All this timber is responsibly sourced & FSC certified. That means that every piece of wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests in areas where four trees are planted for everyone used.

We also reuse millions of shotgun and rifle cartridges to make our products. Due to spent cartridges being a combination of plastic and metal they cannot be recycled through domestic recycling and need to be placed in domestic waste.

• Hand wash only

• Use warm water and dish soap

• Do not use an abrasive cloth or sponge

• Wash both sides

• Do not soak

• Do not put it in the dishwasher

• Oil regularly to maintain (We recommend using a food-grade oil)

• For tough stains and marks, we recommend a light sanding with 400 grit sandpaper or block

• Keep out of direct sunlight
